Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in: 4pm. There is no check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all payments have been made, you will receive an email with the door code, which will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-out: 10am.
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • There is no check-in office; you go directly to the cabin.
  • You will receive your door code via email after payment is complete. The code will be resent a week before your stay.
  • The barn is on the back acreage of a 10-acre farm and accessed via a gravel driveway suitable for motorcycles and vehicles.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Pet Policy

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Only dogs are permitted.
  • Bring a crate. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled.
  • Please clean up after your pets.
  • Additional charges apply if there is evidence of fleas, damage, or if extra cleaning is needed due to your pet.
  • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover areas your pet uses, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dog hair or odor.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 per dog (non-refundable).
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Before 30 days: Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
    • Within 30 days: Refunded for rebooked nights only ($50 fee applies). Example: If you booked 5 nights and we rebook 4, you are refunded for 4 nights plus applicable taxes and fees.

  • All paved, two-lane roads with occasional curves lead to the property.
  • Gravel driveway suitable for motorcycles and vehicles.
